When you contact us, enroll in a program, or use this website, we may collect:
Strictly for delivering Chemistry coaching services — class scheduling, sending DPPs & worksheets, test results, parent updates, and exam-related communication. We do not sell your data, share it with marketing partners, or use it for advertising.
Contact data for as long as you're enrolled, plus 3 years after the last academic engagement (so we can verify alumni status and help with college references). You can request earlier deletion by emailing info@surajsirchem.live.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time. We aim to respond within 7 working days.

Enrollment becomes confirmed only after fee payment is received and a written/digital confirmation is sent by us. Until then, no slot is reserved in any program.
All classes are exclusively online — live on Zoom. Students must attend with a working webcam and microphone enabled. Two-way participation is the basis of our methodology and not optional. Students who repeatedly attend with cameras off may be asked to switch to the hourly program.
All fees listed on the Courses page are fixed and non-negotiable. All programs are exclusively 1-on-1 online via Zoom. There are no group batches, no offline sessions, and no per-platform variation in pricing.
The full-course fee covers classes until the relevant exam (JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, or as applicable). After syllabus completion, sessions reduce in frequency to focus on revision & doubt clearing — but there's no additional fee for that continuation period.
Students and parents are expected to treat the teacher and the WhatsApp communication channels with respect. Sharing of class recordings, notes, DPPs, or worksheets with anyone outside the enrolled program is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

If you find within the first 7 days of enrollment that the program isn't a fit, you may request a refund. We deduct the pro-rata cost of sessions attended plus a 5% administrative fee, and refund the rest within 14 working days.
Refunds after the first 7 days are generally not provided, since program slots are reserved and material has been delivered. In exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, family relocation), partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the founder's discretion.
In the rare event we have to discontinue a program (e.g., insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances), we'll refund the full unused portion of the fee within 7 working days. This has not happened in 12+ years of operation, but the policy stands.
All payment disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
